ACCOMMODATION
Hotel rooms at special Congress rates have been reserved by DIS Congress Service A/S for Congress Participants and their Accompanying Persons in various hotels of different categories in the vicinity of the Congress Venue and the Metro line.
In order to ensure accommodation which suits your needs and wishes, you are advised to book as soon as possible. Participants who want to book hotel accommodation should indicate their preferred hotel on the online registration form or on the Congress registration form.
If it is more convenient for you to book your hotel room after registering for the Congress, it will still be possible to book and avail of the favourable Congress rate provided rooms are still available. To book a room after registration, please send an email to participants@discongress.com

Main hotel at the Venue
Tivoli Hotel is only 15 minutes’ walk from the popular Tivoli Gardens and the city centre of Copenhagen with its many attractions. The hotel’s 396 rooms have air-conditioning, satellite TV and free wireless internet. Some of the rooms’ décor is inspired by themes from the historic Tivoli Gardens. The 12th-floor Sky Bar (Sticks 'n' Sushi) offers city and waterfront views. Facilities include Tivoli Brasserie, swimming pool with a special children's area and a gym. The Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center is designed by Danish architect Kim Utzon. Parking facilities against a fee.

Radisson Blu Royal Hotel *****
Radisson Blu Royal Hotel is a five-star designer hotel conveniently located just opposite the famous Tivoli Gardens close to the pedestrian shopping street, Strøget, and the city centre. The hotel attracted much attention when it opened in 1960, not least because the architect - Arne Jacobsen - had designed everything from the strong lines of the building down to the very last detail. All 260 rooms have free wireless internet. Facilities include the restaurant Alberto K on the 20th floor, a relaxing bar, a large fitness center and underground parking facilities against a fee.

Imperial Hotel****

Palace Hotel is located on the City Hall Square, across from the famous Tivoli Gardens and next to the pedestrian street, Strøget. This modern hotel offers good-value accommodation in central Copenhagen, only 15 minutes’ walk from attractions such as the Tivoli Gardens and the shopping street, Strøget. The 510 rooms at Wakeup Copenhagen have air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, work desk and private bath. Please note that all rooms have a 160 cm wide double bed. The 13-floor building is designed by Danish architect Kim Utzon and many rooms offer city views. The hotel is located just behind Tivoli Gardens in the heart of Copenhagen. All 352 rooms have private bath, toilet, television, telephone and an electric kettle with free tea and coffee. The hotel has a breakfast restaurant and its own parking facilities (fees apply).

Reservations of hotel rooms must include a deposit payment. The deposit serves as a gurantee to the hotel for the first night and will be deducted from the participant’s hotel bill at check-out.
Cancellation of the hotel rooms is possible:

Before 2 March 2015 the deposit will be refunded

Between 2 March 2015 and 15 April 2014 the deposit will only be refunded if DIS Congress Service A/S is able to allocate the cancelled room to another guest.

After 15 April 2015 no refund of deposit will be made.
Please note that there are only a limited number of twin beds available in hotels in Copenhagen. Therefore this can not be guaranteed.
Please note that in case of early departure or no-show all hotels are legally authorized to charge the entire stay as booked by the customer. All changes and cancellations must be mad to DIS Congress Service A/S in writing and not to the hotel. All booking will be processed on a first-come first-served basis after receipt of hotel deposit, as long as DIS Congress Service AS has rooms available.
